Dr. Neal joined Johnson Health Center in June 2019 practicing as a psychiatrist. Currently, he serves as the Directory of Psychiatry. He has specific interest in serving populations which typically do not access psychiatric services such as homeless. He has extensive experience in academia as well as direct services.
Johnson Health Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Johnson Health Center receives funding and Public Health Services employee status from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
