Johnson Health Center provides compassionate, high-quality pediatric care for your children in a Patient-Centered Medical Home. Our staff includes medical doctors, advanced practice providers, (nurse practitioners/physician assistants), licensed counselors, and an array of nursing staff including nurses, medical assistants, and care managers in an effort to meet all of your child’s healthcare needs.
Our pediatric team will provide services that address the specific needs of your child and we will connect you to any additional services outside of primary care.
We will work together to help your child grow! It is important to schedule yearly check-ups so we can be sure your child is living their healthiest life.
